This agreement is made between the customer as named on the reservation and International Beach Resort.

The International Beach Resort online booking system is provided solely to assist our customers and travel agents in determining the availability of accommodation and to make official reservations with International Beach Resort. In connection with this service, you agree to and guarantee the following:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, and possess the lawful authority to enter into this agreement and to use the International Beach Resort website as outlined by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Booking Agreement;
2. You are financially responsible for your use, as well minors living with you including, without limitation, your use of the online booking system;
3. You are accountable for all charges and fees, arising out of the use of the International Beach Resort website;
4. You understand that any reservations made through the International Beach Resort website, may be subject to the following, without prior notification:
   • Fee increases
   • Cancellation Fees
   • Other fees as determined by International Beach Resort in accordance with its policies regarding the number of persons per unit, holidays and peak periods etc
5. You have read and understood the International Beach Resort policies regarding:
   • Canceling and changing reservations
   • Upgrades and Packages available
   • The accommodation and access of persons with disabilities
   • Your liability and responsibility in using the International Beach Resort website
   • Our right to refuse accommodation to customers including limited availability
6. You declare all information provided by you, or those designated to represent you including members of your household, is factual and accurate;
7. You understand any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation, is prohibited;
8. You use the reservation services provided through the International Beach Resort website only to make official reservations or purchases for you or another person for whom you are officially authorized to act;
9. You agree not to abuse the International Beach Resort online booking system under penalty of law, where applicable, and/or being banned from using the International Beach Resort website and services;
10. I hereby agree to be bound by the rules and regulations as outlined in this agreement. By proceeding you infer your agreement.
